I wish I would have started blogging years ago. On every trip I would start writing in a journal, but never stuck to it. I’d save the emails that I rattled off to my family, but they were so poorly written and scrambled that I’m surprised my family didn’t get me medical help when I returned!
In the spirit of winning this money with Intrepid Travel, I decided to gather some old photos and make a slide show.
This tour was called the Great Indochina Loop. It was the full month of July, but I can’t remember the exact year. Around 2008. Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos are places that everyone should go! Seriously, I can’t say enough about these places. Here are some pictures that surely won’t do justice to the beauty of the land and the people.
We visited Angkor Wat, but I lost all of those pictures along with the pictures of me eating a tarantula! Crappy, but at least I have the memories!
