What a great morning! Our Leader Tourism board hosted a group tour out to The Great Sandhills. We hiked to the back set in perfect weather. I loved seeing everyone's reaction to this unique landscape. Today was Maple Creek's Heritage Festival. I enjoyed the pancake breakfast, parade, Nekaneet dancers, wagon ride, historical presentations, and rodeo. Small town Saskatchewan events are made even more awesome because of the community spirit and volunteers. Thanks @chdestinationa for the invite!

Leader's Canada Day celebrations were fantastic! The Hip Hop Hoop Dancers put on a great show. I had seen them before and was excited to be a part of bringing them back to Leader. Some local kids put on a history performance, street vendors were out, and 2 bands entertained us with music. I'm moving a little slow today, but it was worth it! #visitleader #hiphophoopdancer #canadaday
