How lucky am I to live so close to the Great Sandhills??? If you haven’t been, they are worth the trip!
Here is a video I made of various trips to this desert like area in Saskatchewan. Kids and adults love it here. You can hike for hours, but bring a compass and water. I have gotten turned around while hiking and it can be scary.
Don’t forget to take some crazy carpets:)
