I had been looking for a push. I needed to get off the couch and move my body. Apparently, the best way to motivate me, is to say there will be puppies involved!
My sister and I were booked in within minutes of seeing the ad on Sun Dog Yoga’s Facebook page.
9 puppies.
They pooped, played, cuddled, and slept.
We laughed and even fit in some good yoga moves.
I have done a few adventures with Sun Dog Yoga Studios and they never disappoint!
Goat Yoga is always fun and our kayak and yoga day was a blast.
